About The Foundation Established in 2015, The Tom Savage Quarter Note Foundation’s main purpose is to celebrate the life and legacy of our friend, son, brother, father teacher, and musician, Tom Savage.

Tom was the leader of the Savage Brothers Band and a beloved music teacher at Timothy Edwards Middle School in South Windsor.
He was always there to help students, colleagues, friends, and family. We will be carrying on this legacy by providing scholarships to local students pursuing a college degree in music and giving a helping hand to people and families in need.
